RTP in Free SlotsTo make sure we start off correctly, let’s make sure we understand what RTP stands for. Games that incorporate the free spin bonus feature typically have special winning lines that result in being awarded free spins. RTP is the acronym for “Return to Player percentage.” Return to player percentage refers to the percentage in bets returned to players over the course of millions of spins or the life of the machine. The Hopper control Board on the front of the hopper has a reset button as well as a test button. Try the reset button. If you see an error code on the led read out, it will tell you where the malfunction is (what part of the system) The Bally E 2000 Series was made only for a few years from 1983-1986. They were Bally's 1st electric slot, then they developed the stepper computer slots afterwards. The E Series is basically an electro-mechanical slot machine with a computer board that replaced many of the older elctro mechanical functions such as contacts, wiper boards and switches. The wheels random index like an older mechanical slot machine. I think they are problamic and parts are difficult to come by; BUT- like anything, if you learn these and have a parts source, you can keep them up and running. The most problems I have seen on these are bad reel readers, bad power supplies, bad connections (anywhere but in particular the power supply board, hopper control board and/or MPU Board. - or a low ram battery or lubrication issues causing the reels to render a tilt code.
I know of 2 people who know these machines inside and out, and can repair or exchange boards or other parts. I hope your machines are complete. If you would like to e mail me, I would be glad to refer you to my sources, but 1st I would get a manual for the Bally E Series (usually always on E Bay in the Slot Category); I have no business affialiation with these sources other than I myself have had parts checked or repaired for the Bally E's that I have had, I would trouble shoot your machines 1st to eliminate the obvious problems that you might be able to fix. Good luck!

Bally Mechanical Slot Machine Attendant Button Replacement

Hi all!
New to slots here - we've always been pinball people..
Can anyone help identify the manufacturer and kind of slot machine this is?
I am attaching a pic (I have more closer up, too) to help, but just in case here is a description:
Slant top, 3 reel, 5 Payline, 777, 25¢ slot.
No manufacturer anywhere on the machine that I can find.
Only buttons on it are a 'Spin' button and coin return. It does have a pull lever.
Bottom glass (bottom of door) has only the logo 'Golden Nugget Gambling Hall'.
The glass over the reels (still part of the door), has paylines to left of reels, and payouts to right of reels.
Top glass has Paylines with red 7s and the Golden Nugget logo again.
The reels have Oranges, Plums, Yellow bells, Yellow bells with 'JAC' on them, Red stars in black outline circles, White 'Super' in a black bar, Cherries (in a bunch of 3) and 7s (only in red).
Any help in identifying this slot will be greatly appreciated. Appears we are missing a board/boards as I have 5 large ribbon connectors not connected to anything!
Thanks a bunch, in advance for your time!
All the Best,
Alicia
