There is one slot machine in The Holy Spirits. There is one slot machine in The Dust hidden inside a building in the large area to the right of Ellie's garage Two slot machines in the Badass Crater Bar (Requires Campaign of Carnage) Torgue Tokens Slot Machines. The Campaign of Carnage DLC introduced new slot machines that use Torgue Tokens. I reopened Borderlands 2 for the new DLC and I can't even remember how to activate this table. It's almost 4 years I don't use it. As posted a bit up, you'll have to change some offsets for the badass ranks and tokens if you want to use those, but the values listed are the correct ones to change to. If you have the newest DLC, Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Slaughter, there are two gambling machines in the Badass Crater Bar. These two are accompanied by two special Torgue Slot Machines that only accept Torgue Tokens, a currency that you pick up in the new DLC.

Fast Travel to “Fight for Sanctuary”

M1: The Dawn of New Pandora

Once you teleport, you’ll get some cutscenes and then will be thrown into the fray. Survive and clear out the enemies.
After that, you’ll be teleported to a new location by Lilith known as the Backburner.
Clear up the Backburner camp by eliminating all the enemies and enabling the Firewall.
Anyway, Here’s “Firewall”
Activate the Backburner’s firewall.

M2: Spore Chores

Head to Dahl Abandon, and investigate the marker on the map.
Before you clear this area, head west to the quest marker on the map to pick up a side quest for Marcus.
Head back to the infected area, and find 3 Infected Flowers and pick up the flowers. You can also clear the area out of Infected Skags as the optional objective.
Once you’ve collected 3 infected flowers, your next objective will appear tasking you to take the elevator. Take the elevator.
Your new objective will be to get 4 infected Brains. You’ll find 2 before the bridge, and 2 after the bridge in this area.
With the brains, you’re done with this area for the main quest.
Head back to the Backburner. You’ll encounter an enemy on your way, dispatch of him.
Scan the samples, turn in the quest to Lilith.

M3: Winging It

Pickup the bashwrench and repair the turrets.
Defend the backburner from the incoming assault.
Head to the Mordecai’s Lair. Clear out the area.
Challenge: Use the telescope This will also show you where you’ll be going.
Follow Talon for clues.
Clue 1: Skag Tongue – Jump down the cliff from Mordecai’s Lair.
Clue 2: Skag Tongue – Follow Talon to the intersection and you may encounter a Bandit Technical.
Clue 3: Skag Tongue – Near the entrance of the camp near Mount Scarab.
Clear out the camp and save Mordecai.
Head to the Old Dahl Mines now. Try to open the door.
Return to the Backburner and turn in the quest to Lilith.

Walkthrough – Mission 04-06

M4: A Hard Place

Head to the Burrows.
Once inside, head to the marker.
Follow Brick around clearing the area.
At the end, head to each generator, find the switch to disable the shield and shoot the generator.
Clear the area in front of the gate.
Turn in the quest to Brick.

M5: Shooting the Moon

Warning: There is a missable achievement at the end of this quest when you turn it in. Allow Tiny Tina to do it.
Enter Helios Fallen.
Follow the linear path to the Robot Factory.
Take the door and you’ll see a Claptrap in a glass case.
Continue to the next area. You’ll be at the Moonshot Cannon.
To arm the missile: you’ll have to do some tasks.
Go get the explosives.
Next, you’ll need Stabilizer Fins. It’ll be in the next area.
Return to Tiny Tina. Put the bombs and fins on yourself.
Next up is the Power Core. Follow the markers.
Boss Fight: Uranus.
Pick up the Power Core afterwards. Return to Tina once more.
Place the power core onto the missile.
IMPORTANT: Talk to Tiny Tina so she can arm the cannon.
Chocolate Chip Confirmed
Allow Tiny Tina to arm the moonshot cannon.
Follow Tina and Lilith to the elevator.
Fire the Missile at Old Dahl Mines.
Turn in the quest to Lilith.

M6: The Cost of Progress

Simultaneously, you’ll check on Mordecai.
Melee him and get his blood sample.

S8: Claptocurrency

Also cross posting this here and side quests.
This quest will take priority because there is a missable achievement.
After completing Shooting the Moon. Talk to Claptrap in Dahl Abandon near the Mines.
Take the two block-and-chains behind ClapTrap. Head into the Dahl Mines.
Place the two block-and-chains and power it. You should get the optional objective to defeat the Dark Web. Make sure to kill the Dark Web before collecting the BECHO wafers.
Follow the mines south and enter the Veiny Shaft. At the far south end, you’ll see a big black spiderant digistruct in. Defeat this.
Decrypted!
Defeat the Dark Web.
Mine the BECHO wafers. I won’t mention to go back to Claptrap but you’re welcome to if you want to turn it in.

M6: The Cost of Progress

Proceed along the path, and you’ll have to vent out the next room with the valve. Enter the prison and proceed.
Go through the garden and up the slope to the next facility. You’ll need to decontaminate this area as well.
Go through to the next area and up the stairs towards another garden lab. Take the girder path up and down the hole to Cassius’ lab.
Place Mordecai’s Blood Sample in the machine.
Open the valve.
Boss Fight: Infected Cassius.
Scan Cassius’ blood now. Create the antidote and pick it up.
Turn in the Quest.

Walkthrough – Mission 07 – Clean Up

M7: Paradise Found

Head in. Follow the linear path and clear out the vines on the left/right gears to open the door.
Go in and go up the stairs to the next area. You’ll be under Sanctuary so make your way up til you reach the ground level of Sanctuary through Marcus Munitions.
Head through Moxxi’s Bar and go along the path. You’ll drop into the courtyard now.
Boss: Hector.
After you’ve defeated Hector, grab the Vault Key from his body.
Head to Crazy Earl’s door to get some Eridium for Lilith. Return to Lilith.
Cutscenes.
Turn in the quest to Lilith.
3 or Bust
Complete the mission “Paradise Found”.

S10: A Most Cacophonous Lure

After completing the DLC, talk to Sir Hammerlock at Moxxi’s Bar.
Fast Travel to the Burrows and travel to the Writhing Deep.
Head to the elevator and place the Eridium per the raid requirements: Costs 20 Eridium.
Raid Boss: Haderax the Invincible.
Spicy Boy
Defeat Haderax the Invincible.
Remember to check for rainbow gear.

Painbow Connection

Now the warning before about rainbow gear is for this achievement. You will need 4 weapons, 1 relic, and 1 shield of the rainbow variety.
In S6: you can fight an infinite number of Sand Worm Queens if you don’t pick up their trophies when killing them and you don’t finish the quest. This will grant access to easier rainbow weapon farming. Also may drop the Rainbow Retainer Shield.
Haderax raid chests has the chance to give a Shield, a Weapon, and Relic.
Cassius has a chance to drop the Antifection Grenade.
Uranus has a chance to drop the Electric Chair Grenade (higher drop rate than Cassius).
There is not a rainbow Class Mod.
You need to equip all the mods, and four rainbow weapons for the achievement.
Painbow Connection
Equip effervescent-quality gear in all slots (except class mod).

Side Quests

S1: The Oddest Couple

Head to the infected area, and in the room to the right of the elevator will be Canned Pizza.
Head to the marker, and in the tent to the left with the stairs, you’ll find the next set of Canned Pizza.
At the end of this area, you can find a Lost Echo and a weapons chest.
Head to the next marker, in the camp at the top, you will see a crane hanging some trash in a net. The next Canned pizza is there, shoot the hook and it’ll drop down below.
Head to the next marker and defeat the Pizza Addicted Skag.
Return to Marcus.
Beat up the Guns Vending Machine.
Talk to Marcus, then turn in the quest with Earl.

S2: The Vaughnguard

After completing Winging It, this quest is available.
Pick up the two flags at the marker.
We’ll pick up this side quest first.
Head to Rust Bucket (close marker), go up to the top and hang the flag, activate the generator and defeat the bandit leader.
Head to the other marker (Cargo Bridge 52).
Head up the stairs to the right and place the flag, activate the generator, and defeat the bandit leader.
Go to Vaughn at the middle. Then go up the platform. Jump off.
Turn in the quest.

S3: Space Cowboy

After completing Winging It, this quest is available.
Talk to Moxxi at the bar next to Scooter’s garage. She has an ECHO from Scooter for you.
Head to Cargo Bridge 52.
On the left side, there’s a valve you can turn to open a door. You’ll find the first of three magazines: Chestworld that Scooter wants you to get.
Head to the camp next to where Marcus was hiding with Crazy Earl. In the middle of the area is a giant porta-potty. Open it to find the second magazine: Siren’s Call.
Head northeast near Dahl’s Mine and you’ll find a red Bandit Technical. Destroy it to find the third magazine: Racks & Rakks
Return to backburner and give the magazines to Moxxi.
Talk to Ellie next.
Head to Dahl Abandon and go to the Catch-a-Ride Station. Transfer ownership and digistruct a vehicle.
Head to Scooter’s Memorial. Either shoot the left for shocks or right for fire. Do a boosted jump off the ramp.
Turn in the quest to Ellie

S4: Hypocritical Oath

After completing Winging It, this quest is available.
Talk to Dr. Zed in the Backburner camp.
Kill infected and collect 15 parts in Dahl Abandon.
Head to the infected area (Miasma Sink). Here tons of pods will spawn and spawn infected enemies. Kill them for infected body parts.
Return to Dr. Zed. Get the antidote and apply it to the experiment. Kill the experiment.
Turn in the quest.

S5: Sirentology

After completing Shooting the Moon. Talk to Lilith.
Follow the marker back to the Robot Factory.
Head inside. Clear the area.
Use the console to upload data to Tannis. Then destroy the console.
Destroy the circuits, and take out the guards.
Exit the area and seal the chamber.
Head back to the Backburner. Turn the quest in to Lilith.

S6: The Hunt is Vaughn

After completing Shooting the Moon. Talk to Vaughn.
Head to the Burrows.
Meet up with the other bandits.
Note: This quest is very important for farming rainbow equipment which you will need 4. If you kill the queens, and do not pick the trophies, you can leave and come back and keep killing the queens to force drops.
Defeat two series of Sand Worms and Sand Worm Queens.
Turn in the quest to Vaughn.
