so I had a outdoor water main leak, apparently the city uses the main for a ground so while the workers were fixing the leak, I had a short or power surge.my slot didnt power up. I did some testing and turns out my 24v 5amp transformer was the culprit. I couldn't find a replacement except for an old DELL laptop adapter that was really close, it's 19.5v and 6.3 amps. Hooked it up and now it works! However, the reel lights don't work, and all lights seem to be a bit dimmer than before.I'm suspecting its the shortage of 4.5 volts! Does anyone knowmifthat may be the reason the reel lights don't work? Is it because they may be burnt out? Thanks guys..newbie here!
