I received my Taco Slot machine much more quickly than expected, and it was exactly as advertised. It's great, and so is your support. We had several problems installing the optional arm, and Vince was right there to walk us through it. The autostop is a fantastic accessory, and I can now play four ways (little arm, big arm, autostop, or skill). As a matter of fact, I've had a Super Bingo machine for awhile and would like to add your autostop. Are they compatible? I am telling everyone I know what a great company I found on the internet. The auto stop feature was a snap to put in but the Arm gave me a little trouble on this particular machine.When I installed the arm at 6' above the bottom,the over-flow box was in the way. I had to cut some of it out to accommodate the lever handle.Other than that is was a snap.I now have the choice of using the big handle,little handle,auto stop,or manual stop.It has made the machine a much more pleasurable machine to play and has won me many big points with my wife. I called your shop about the auto-stop AS-30. I talked to two nice fellows in your shop. I think their names was Dan and Vince. I explained my problem about the AS-30. Your technician put an AS-30 in a slot machine in the shop and said the AS-30 and connector mated okay but require some force to snap it in. Initially I did not want for force the larger connector pins into a smaller 15 pin female connector. Your technican said okay to give a little pressure and snap the connector together. When I got home from work, I was able to install the AS-30 in the Crazy Racer and the Real Voltage. Both works fine and the reels does the auto-stop, works really good. I no longer need to return the AS-30. Again thanks for all your fine help. Very good support! Dan Machine came in today. It has a sticker to open & inspect immediately. I did open the box and all looks good. You did such a great packing job that I left it that way as it will be a gift for xmas. Machine is working great :) I did have a little problem with the change mechanism (at first it wouldnt take the Quarters) I checked all the connections and made sure there was a tight connection on all the harnesses. Got it going and it's working great.
