The symbols include zombies and brains (which are, of course, a zombie’s favorite food.) I already mentioned my love of classic movie monsters like Dracula. I just don’t think you can create a list of horror slots or spooky slots without finding a game about Frankenstein. The version I’m suggesting here is from Net Entertainment.
Their Frankenstein slot machine game has 5 reels and 20 paylines. The imagery calls back strongly to Boris Karloff’s portrayal of the monster from the James Whale movies from the 1930s.
